GIS services for the Master Plan of the “Absheron Peninsula Drinking Water Supply, Sewerage and Rainwater Systems” project were performed by CASPIAN GEOMATICS LLC. For this purpose, a bilateral agreement was signed.
The services provided on GIS technologies mainly consisted of building a geodatabase including all elements of CAD-based project drawings in detail. All elements depicted in numerous project drawings were converted to the GIS, and all elements were added to the geodatabase. All CAD drawings for the Master Plan of the project were analyzed in detail. As a result, the issues raised on GIS services were resolved.
The work on building a geodatabase for the project drawings was carried out by CASPIAN GEOMATICS LLC for a period of 4 months. As a result, a structural project of the geodatabase was developed. Earlier, the presentation of the Master Plan was held.
